Wolfgang D. Schott is an experienced sound engineer with many years of work in audio production, music, and multimedia creation. His career combines technical precision with a strong creative vision, allowing him to contribute to a wide range of artistic and commercial projects.

As a musician, he is a member of the group Schirmbeck and Schott. Together, the group has received recognition on two occasions for Best Pop Rock Song. In 2019, they were awarded for the track “Liebeslebensmüde”, and in 2025 they received the same award again in collaboration with the duo IA sophieundnoah.

Individually, Wolfgang was also a semifinalist in the international Music Cosmos Competition, further highlighting his personal achievements and recognition within the music industry. In addition, he was selected as one of the first three members of the Soundpaint™ demo team, chosen through a global competition that brought together talented sound designers and music creators from around the world.

Beyond his artistic work, Wolfgang is the founder of mumbomedia, a full-service creative studio that extends far beyond traditional audio engineering. The company develops projects in sound design, music production, web development, music videos, short films, as well as studio and on-location product photography. This multidisciplinary approach reflects his vision of integrating sound, image, and storytelling into cohesive creative experiences.
